Use the buyer dashboard for Browse Land, Saved Land, and Saved searches. Switch to Seller later from Account Type if you also want to list.
Browse land nationwide
Explore parcels on the homepage map, search by location, and browse Explore by State. Filter by what matters — acreage, price, and area — without creating an account.

Use Create Buyer Profile / Buyer Login in the header. Sign up on the buyer page to unlock your dashboard — favorites, saved searches, and messaging tools.

In the buyer dashboard, open Browse Land, Saved Land, and Saved searches. Keep the parcels you care about in one place and return anytime.

Open any listing and use Ask Seller. Your message goes to the seller by email and appears in their inquiries. LandSellers.Net is a marketplace — not a broker — so you talk directly with the owner.
Sellers
List land and manage inquiries
Seller tools live under My Listings, Add Listing, Buyer Inquiries, and Billing. Plans are on Pricing; PRO listings can appear first in search.
Create a seller account
Choose List Your Land / Seller Login (or Seller Registration). That opens the seller sign-up flow — separate from the buyer profile page.

After you sign in as a seller, your dashboard shows Seller mode with My Listings, Add Listing, Buyer Inquiries, and Billing. Manage everything from the sidebar.

Use Add Listing to publish photos, details, and an address. Place a map pin so buyers can find your land on the homepage map with other parcels.
Answer buyer inquiries
When someone submits Ask Seller, you get an email and a request in Buyer Inquiries. Reply directly — deals happen between you and the buyer, off the platform.
Ready to go live? Review seller plans, then add your first parcel with a map pin so it shows on the homepage map.
